Rhett has been an instructor with New Horizons since November, 1996. During his first two years he held positions of Applications Instructor, Training Supervisor, and Training Manager. Rhett became a Microsoft Certified Trainer in 1998, and has been doing technical training for New Horizons since that time. Besides being an MCT, Rhett holds many other certifications, including MCSE on NT 4.0, Windows 2000, and Windows Server 2003; MCTS: SQL Server 2005; MCITP: SQL Server 2005 Database Administrator; MCDBA on SQL Server 2000; MCAD on Microsoft .NET; MCSA on Windows 2000 and Windows Server 2003; MCDST; Network+; and CCNA. Outside the classroom, Rhett has worked as a consultant on Active Directory and SQL Server deployments. Rhett spent twelve years as a public school math teacher prior to coming to New Horizons. Away from work, Rhett enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, reading, and listening to a wide variety of music.
